Our sales team can answer general questions, information requests, and discuss system changes and their impact or any other technical matter not directly fault related. Systems consulting can also be provided and covers planning and design of integrations and custom functionality required in your document access solution.


No two CAFM requirements are exactly alike and X-RM has many years experience in designing custom modifications and additions for individual customer requirements. The result is a solution that tailored to your business and is optimised for the way you work.

Back Office Integration

Our development team has extensive expertise and experience in providing integrations between our client solutions and specialist third party systems. In addition, our project managers are experienced in the particular issues involved in linking external applications with MRP, ERP and Financial Accounting systems. Integration between the X-RM FM Server system and other back office databases that are used by individual customers will be quoted separately and subject to your final requirements.


On-site training can be provided for all modules according to the needs of your organisation. Because FM Server is intuitive and easy to use, training for individual modules can usually be provided to internal administrators enabling them to provide training to all other end users in your organisation.
