FM Server provides the facility to link an unlimited number of attachment files (e.g. CAD, PDF and MS Office documents) to individual records in all modules,
i.e. Asbestos records, Asset records, Condition Survey records, RM and PPM maintenance records and space records at site, building, floor and room level.
Each module therefore provides an additional capability as a document repository for holding relevant documentation and materials in one place where they can be quickly
and easily accessed by users with appropriate permissions.
